Dr. Henry Silvestriz graduated from Life University in Marietta, GA, in 2018. He is licensed as a Doctor of Chiropractic in the state of Texas. Dr. Henry is a United States Army Veteran and former Dallas Police Officer.

Dr. Henry started his career as an associate doctor at a private practice in Austin, TX in August 2019. In February 2020 he was appointed as the clinical director of the clinic where he was responsible for managing daily operations.

In September 2020, Dr. Henry opened his chiropractic practice Optimum Wellness Institute in Texas. The practice focus is on Low Back Pain, Neck Pain, Carpal Tunnel, Neuropathy Symptoms Mitigation, Fibromyalgia, Knee Pain, Plantar Fasciitis, Shoulder Pain, Ergonomic Assessment, Nutrition Assessment, Functional Movement Assessment, Supplement Prescription, and Exercise Prescription.

Dr. Henry is a proud member of the Gonstead Clinical Studies Society (GCSS) and has taken over 330 hours of post graduate training on the Gonstead technique with Dr. Herb Wood and Dr. Mark Werking.

​In his spare time, Dr. Henry enjoys spending time with family, hiking, running, traveling to national parks, and photography.
